March 5th, 2008Here’s something from Monday morning. I thought I’d maybe try to add a bit to it before posting here, but haven’t gotten the chance. Here’s what I’ve got so far. :o)
I want to know You better
than I know myself
I want to see your dreams
when I'm asleep
I want to spend my days
becoming more and more like You
That's just what happens
when two lovers
spend a lifetime being friends
Come on in and make Yourself at home
If there's anything I want it would be this
I want to be Your own
I read this post before, but you know how sometimes God has you slow down and go back to something because He’s really writing it in your heart? That’s kind of how I feel about this.
No matter what life brings, or how crazy our schedules are, we need to take time to “love being in love” with God.
